Business Days and Weekend Closure: We operate on a Monday-Friday business schedule. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in the business days count. If you have a specific deadline or time constraint, kindly inform us before placing your order to ensure that we can accommodate your needs and arrange for a timely delivery.

Our standard production time for all handcrafted orders ranges from 14 to 21 days. This timeframe allows us to meticulously craft and tailor your piece to perfection.

 However, we kindly request that you provide us with all of your measurements in a timely manner to avoid any delays in the production process. If there is a delay in receiving your measurements, it may impact the overall timeframe of your order, potentially pushing it back further.

Separate Production and Shipping Time: When selecting your shipping options during checkout, please remember that the production time and shipping time are separate entities. The production time refers to the duration required for us to create and fulfill your order, while the shipping time indicates the estimated period for the item to reach your specified destination after it has been shipped. Be sure to consider both factors when planning your order.

Please be aware that your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes imposed by your country's customs upon delivery.

*We ship your order with taxes unpaid, and it is your responsibility to check if any additional charges apply. We cannot be held accountable for these charges. If there are any taxes or fees imposed, they must be paid for the package to clear customs. This is a standard procedure for online purchases from any company.

* Please note that if these taxes are not paid or if the package remains unclaimed, we will not provide any refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility, and unclaimed items due to non payment of VAT tax will not be refunded.

In cases where items are returned to us due to being unclaimed at customs or if incorrect address or information was provided, a store credit will be issued, minus any costs incurred by us for the order (such as shipping and handling fees).

To ensure the safe arrival of your package, we require a signature for orders valued over $400. This measure helps prevent porch theft, package loss, and packages falling into the wrong hands. We strongly recommend always opting for a signature upon delivery no matter the amount of your package, and we cannot be held responsible for requests to waive the signature requirement.

General Questions

 If reviewing the delivery status of your package and it appears that it has been marked as "delivered." There are a few recommendations we would like to provide in such situations:

* Check the delivery location thoroughly.

*Packages sometimes may be marked as delivered before they are physically delivered to your address. We kindly ask that you allow 24 hours following the delivery confirmation before assuming there is an issue with the delivery.

*To initiate further investigation, we suggest contacting your local post carrier directly to inquire about the delivery. They may have additional information or recollection of when and where the package was left.

Additionally, it is important to ensure the security of your mail area and consider leaving a note requesting that packages not be left unattended. Is it possible that one of your neighbors might have mistakenly collected the package?

*If you have exhausted these steps and the package remains unaccounted for, we recommend visiting the carrier's website to file a claim and obtain a claim number. This claim number will assist our team in addressing
the situation more effectively.

  • Please note that once a package has been marked as "delivered," we cannot be held responsible for any subsequent issues. We kindly request that you provide a shipping address that is attended during the day, especially if your mail area is not secure. In cases where the package is not received despite the "delivered" status, an official non-emergency police report must accompany any claims made.

 

While we strive for accuracy, we understand that mistakes can occur occasionally, although it is unlikely. If you happen to receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We will promptly address the issue and provide a replacement if it is available in our inventory. Exchanges and returns

*Exchanges and returns are accepted for store credit ONLY!!!!

*Items purchased during Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

*All jewelry and accessories are final sale and non-returnable !!!!

*Exchanges of size and/or style are allowed on full-priced items or items up to 15% off, unless specified as a Final Sale item.

*The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to exchanges or returns.

To initiate an exchange or return, please submit a request through our contact page within 15 days of receiving the items.

Before returning any item, please ensure that the items are unworn, unwashed, have tags attached, and liners in place (swimwear should be tried on over underwear).

*Upon receiving and reviewing your return/exchange, we will process an exchange order or provide store credit. Confirmation emails will be sent to the provided email address. If an item is returned due to delivery failure, we will contact you with a reshipping invoice. Failure to
take action will result in the restocking of the items, with a 25% restocking
fee deducted from the total. 

****Please note that we reserve the right to refuse exchanges or refunds for suits that have been worn, not taken care of, or are not in their original condition. In such cases, we may also ban you from future purchases at our store.

 Before you ship out your return, please ensure that you have met the following requirements:

The item should be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags intact and securely attached. Please make sure that any hygienic liners are in place. When trying on swimwear, we recommend wearing it over undergarments and thoroughly rinsing off any oils before trying on your Moluxe item. For more information about our return policy and specific requirements, please refer to the Return and Exchange Policy tab located above.

Please note that if the exchanged item has a higher retail price, you will be responsible for any additional fees associated with the exchange. Additionally, you will also be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us once the exchange process is completed.

Please note that all custom pieces are considered final sale. However, if there is any discrepancy with the sizes or measurements, please contact us via email. It is crucial that we receive the correct measurements and sizes to ensure the perfect fit for your custom piece.

**** Please understand that if incorrect measurements are provided, we will not be able to make changes or alterations to the item. In such cases, a new piece will need to be created based on the accurate measurements provided. You will be responsible for the full cost associated with creating the new item.

Care Instructions

  1. Fill a container with cool water and add mild liquid laundry detergent. Avoid using bleach if your macrame is colored. Agitate and swish the macrame in the water to rinse out any detergent.
  2. Drain the water from the container and refill it with clean water. Agitate and swish the macrame in the water again, repeating this step several times to ensure thorough rinsing.
  3. Drain the water from the container and gently squeeze out any excess water from the macrame by pressing it with your hands.
  4. Hang the macrame in a well-ventilated area to air dry. Choose a location where air can freely circulate around the macrame. Allow sufficient time for the macrame to dry completely.

Water use is at the owner's discretion. While many of our pieces are suitable for pool or ocean water, they are not intended for strenuous physical water activity or prolonged exposure to heavily chlorinated water. It is important to note that sun tan lotions, spas, and chlorinated pools contain harsh chemicals that may cause damage to your item.

*Please be aware that colors on our swimwear may experience bleeding while handwashing the
item. We recommend taking extra precautions to preserve the vibrancy of these colors.

*Please take note that even with the protectant we apply, metals may undergo some color change over time. However, with proper care, you can help maintain the shine and newness of your metal items for an extended period.

However, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for damaged items once they have been worn, as we have no way of knowing how the item was cared for.

To ensure efficiency and minimize wait times, we begin processing orders immediately. Due to the complex nature of our operations, we regret to inform you that we cannot guarantee cancellations after 1 hour of placing an order, regardless of whether the item is in stock or requires production turnaround time.
